Community Service Hours

The Ontario Secondary School Diploma can only be issued to a student who completed the graduation requirement of achieving 40 hours of community involvement activities.
To submit your community service hours, please complete a community service form and return it to the Crown Academy office.

Volunteering’s about giving students’ time to a good cause. Students don’t get paid, but the students do get the chance to use their talents, learn new skills, meet interesting people, and experience the pleasure that comes from making the real difference in other people’s lives, as well as them own. Students who go to high school in Ontario have to complete 40 hours of volunteering to graduate. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community, gain some experience and make new connections. Crown Academy connecting volunteers to the organizations that need them. Our services empower students to find opportunities that make a positive difference in their community.
