Local Students' Requirements and Procedures

Local Canadian Students, PR Students and Local International Students that have:

• Been enrolled in Ontario public school
• Currently in secondary schooling
• An OEN number that was created in their current school

If satisfied, students can enroll in:

• Part-Time study by taking one course per two months term, or
• Full-Time study by taking two courses per two months term

In order to enroll, students must bring the following documents:

• Piece of ID (Permanent Residence/Canadian Citizenship Card, Passport ID, etc)
• Transcript or Report Card
• Student Registration Form (Click Here To Fill)
• Consent for Transfer of School (Click Here To Fill)

Out-of-Province/In-bounding International Student Students' Requirements and Procedures

These students are:

• Currently living in another province and wish to finish their high school degree in Ontario
• Currently enrolled outside of Canada
• Do not have an OEN number

If satisfied, these students can enroll in:

• Full-Time study by taking two courses per two months term

In order to enroll, students must bring the following documents:

• Piece of ID (Passport ID, Resident Card, etc.)
• School Transcript (Foreign/ Current/ Previous high school acknowledging which province or country)
• Student Registration Form (Click Here To Fill)
• Consent for Transfer of School (Click Here To Fill)

Please Note:

• Student under 18 years of age will require parent or guardian signature
• Be advised that processes will take approximately 3-4 business days
