Local Students' Requirements and Procedures
Local Canadian Students, PR Students and Local International Students that have:
- Been enrolled in Ontario public school
- Currently in secondary schooling
- An OEN number that was created in their current school
If satisfied, students can enroll in:
- Part-Time study by taking one course per two months term, or
- Full-Time study by taking two courses per two months term
In order to enroll, students must bring the following documents:
- Piece of ID (Permanent Residence/Canadian Citizenship Card, Passport ID, etc)
- Transcript or Report Card
- Student Registration Form (Click Here To Fill)
- Consent for Transfer of School (Click Here To Fill)
Out-of-Province/In-bounding International Student Students' Requirements and Procedures
These students are:
- Currently living in another province and wish to finish their high school degree in Ontario
- Currently enrolled outside of Canada
- Do not have an OEN number
If satisfied, these students can enroll in:
- Full-Time study by taking two courses per two months term
In order to enroll, students must bring the following documents:
- Piece of ID (Passport ID, Resident Card, etc.)
- School Transcript (Foreign/ Current/ Previous high school acknowledging which province or country)
- Student Registration Form (Click Here To Fill)
- Consent for Transfer of School (Click Here To Fill)
Please Note:
- Student under 18 years of age will require parent or guardian signature
- Be advised that processes will take approximately 3-4 business days
